Simply put, I love what I do. And I have been fortunate to say that my entire professional life. I started as an interior architect in New York City and then crossed the country to California. After several years in San Francisco I opened a boutique graphic design and marketing studio. Working intimately with corporate executives, business owners and families, our studio created award-winning projects for Starwood Hotels, Screaming Eagle Winery, The Evelyn and Walter Haas, Jr. Fund, Silverado Vineyards and more. My approach with clients was to listen, talk with them to understand their desires and goals, then successfully collaborate to bring their visions to fruition.
Today I collaborate with real estate clients with the same process — discussing what they are looking to accomplish and working together to realize their real estate goals. I also utilize my unique architectural design background to visualize things from a different perspective. This often reveals new opportunities for clients.
I am well-established in Maui’s luxury real estate market, with a long-term understanding of its nuances, particularly in the Wailea/Makena and Kapalua areas. While representing a client who is either buying or selling, I focus on what is happening, intuitively honing in on each side’s goals, creatively working around roadblocks, bringing the transaction to a successful close.
